MAN drove to the pier and deliberately left a note asking for help. ERIC and LEI gave out a diskette after they were on board where BROTHER B intended to kill them. FAI was being thrown into the sea, MAN revealed his real identity. At the same time, KONG arrived and YING shot at BROTHER B. MAN then saved FAI immediately. KIT was suspended from his duty which he felt hopeless.
YING met KEI in a department store. She realized her father ran away but was being found. KONG found that KEI still loved YING and he quarreled with her. YING received a complaint about a bank staff helped somebody laundering money. MAN and FAI were assigned to find YAT SUN, an account holder of thirty million. During the pursuit, they discovered SUN was lying dead.
