Rosie faces a career first as she combines sugar craft skills and technology in the form of projection mapping. Commissioned for a garden centre group's annual awards night, Rosie's huge cake hides two surprises, as its ornate architecturally decorated front spins to reveal a secret water garden, that comes to life as projection mapping makes it look as if water and diamonds are sparkling down the cake.
