Tuscany is and will be wonderful, and the mood reaches great heights when James and Adam Price find their first very own truffle in a secret forest on the outskirts of the beautiful town of San Miniato in the heart of Tuscany. The dishes hardly get any better and are naturally marked by the fantastic find: "Scrambled eggs with grated truffles" and "Linguine with taleggio and white truffle". Back on the impressive ship, the feast continues when the Price brothers produce the ship's most exclusive dish: "Lobster Thermidor".
