After tracing the theft to a school friend and fellow journalist of Fred's, they arrive too late, the tiger cub has run away. With a bit of 'animal profiling' and an important clue that Lottie pieces together, they finally track it down to the home of an old lady who thinks it's a kitten. Will Fred's quest to write his first ever cover story be destroyed by the missing cub?
