The three housing project deaths have triggered riots, and the threat of violence seems inevitable. As Louise is about to give up on her investigation, Tom pressures her to resume her investigation on behalf of the police and to focus on their only suspect: Gabriel. However, Louise has attracted the attention of Moloch himself, who summons her for a meeting.
