En-route via the Astrorail, the Crystal is stolen by Lazer-Lips, a female jewel thief, who can project a laser beam from her lips that immobilizes anyone it touches. The recovery pursuit takes the kids through the factories, waterfront and seedy bars of futuristic Hong Kong.
