Wai Tau Village resident Tang Titkin has served as a police officer in the village for over ten years, earning the love and respect of the villagers. A new boss, Mak Chi-Fan, is assigned to the police station. Chi-Fan holds prejudice against the villagers of Wai Tau and clashes with Titkin due to his unconventional ways.
